Vascular disease is linked to a variety of serious problems, from heart attack and
stroke to aneurysms and amputations. This program will provide lifesaving information about: - State-of-the-art
treatments to detect and treat carotid artery disease and prevent strokes.
- Peripheral arterial disease which results
in 100,000 amputations per year nationally. Learn about its signs and symptoms as well as techniques to improve leg function
and prevent amputations.
- Today’s most advanced surgical approaches to treat aneurysms in the chest and abdomen.
