attending the conference either both days or Friday the Luau by the pool is included in the cost of the conference.This year
CSMA is accepting payment by Pay Pal.

find out how you can be a delegate to the meeting.
Reservations for Crowne Plaza are now available online. The deadline

To help make the 52nd annual Conference a success your help is needed. Do you know someone
that might be interested in speaking at the conference? Do you know someone willing to exhibit? Exhibitors do not
need to be medical related. New for this year, CSMA will be conducting a job fair during the conference. We
are looking for participants. The Board of Directors encourages you to send out letters. Please click the links
